Former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh would go down as one of the most prolific players of limited overs cricket in the history of the game as he played a vital role in getting India two World Cup titles in 2007 and 2011.

The flamboyant left-hander recently announced retirement from international cricket as he now wants to spend the rest of his cricketing days in playing foreign T20 franchise leagues.

On his retirement, Yuvraj received a heartfelt message from Afghanistan’s spin sensation Rashid Khan who was also his teammate during the 2016 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

In his tweet, Rashid hailed the legendary cricketer for being a true inspiration for everyone on and off the field as he gave a lesson of strength and determination through his attitude as an athlete. He also said that Yuvraj would be greatly missed by the fans, players, and the game itself.
