Pakistan is hoping to get a consolation win in the third and last Test match of the series against South Africa after they displayed a poor show in the first two matches. The pitch of Wanderers stadium is traditionally batting friendly, however, Pakistan didn’t have the nicest start to their first innings.
Leg-spinner Yasir Shah, who was dropped from the last Test match, had an injury scare as he was sent to the nearest hospital for his knee scans. Fortunately for Pakistan and Yasir, the MRI scans of his left knee have turned out to be totally alright, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) reported.
The 32-year old picked a solitary wicket in the couple of Tests he featured in, thus was unable to make much of an impact.
